Email code
Respondents enter their name and email, then type the 6-digit code we send. Optionally allow only your domains, like @college.edu. Throwaway inboxes are rejected.
Open survey links get flooded with fake names, repeat submissions and bots. TrueFeedback verifies every respondent and allows each person exactly one response, so your results reflect reality.

Share a normal survey link in a class group or newsletter and you can't tell who answered, or how many times.
Anyone can type any name. A disgruntled student or a competitor can post as someone else.
One person answers five times from different browsers or email aliases and skews the average.
Public links get scraped and flooded with junk that buries the genuine responses.
Every form uses one of three verification methods. Pick the one that fits your audience.
Respondents enter their name and email, then type the 6-digit code we send. Optionally allow only your domains, like @college.edu. Throwaway inboxes are rejected.
Upload your student or staff list. People enter their roll number and the code goes to the email on file, so typing a classmate's ID gets you nowhere.
Each person gets their own secret link by email, or download the links to share on WhatsApp. It stops working once used.
Email aliases are merged and duplicates are refused by the database itself, even if two submissions arrive at the same instant.

With a domain restriction (like @college.edu) they can only use their official address. With roster verification the code always goes to the email on your list. Either way, each person gets exactly one response.
We verify the person, then keep only a one-way fingerprint of their identity to block repeats. Their name and email are not stored with the answers.
Respondents can request a new code after a short wait. Codes expire after 10 minutes and allow a limited number of attempts.
